Hey anons I'm not sure if anyone else has done this yet but I made a list based on the representation of pairs of each type via a point system (Basing it on their sync moves). Essentially it goes like this
Pair only = 1 point
With Grid = 2 points
With Grid and EX = 3 Points
Pokefair or Seasonal= 4 points
Master fair = 5 points
In addition I didn't count BP or Eggmons in this list and I'm counting upcoming grids and EX forms from the datamine as well. The numbers will probably be somewhat off but it went like this
Normal :20
Fire: 43
Water: 62
Electric: 39
Grass: 41
Ice: 34
Fighting: 22
Poison: 10
Ground: 22
Flying: 49
Psychic: 47
Bug: 33
Rock: 25
Ghost: 37
Dragon: 43
Dark: 35 (Or 33 since we got Sawyer for free in an Event)
Steel: 36
Fairy: 37
Do you think counting like this is properly examining the distribution of pairs? Or is it unfair since types like Fairy and Ice have a lot of limited units in where they're usually released during the holidays, there's also the issue of pairs having multiple type coverage as well.
