Actually they do matter. Pixel art was fucking fine and the games always pushed what the console could do. I'm not going to buy a 400 dollar console for something I'm not going to find visually appealing.

How the fuck did a spin off game for the Wii manage to do it for each move and each Pokemon and not do it for Gen 8? Why the fuck can't they use the Revolution assets and upscale the models? Laziness.

It's a great feature that nobody wanted removed. I don't see the problem with removing something that people like. It's not essential but its a cherry on top.
