>>57002544>I could even see her occasionally sleeping with it on due to overexcitment for a battle coming up.Very cute. I'm accepting that into my headcanon.
>Did the novel go into why she has trouble throwing in the first place?I don't think it does. I haven't read it, though, nor do I really plan to (I don't even think it has a proper translation).
>There was discussion on some previous Nemona threads about her possibly being asthmatic, (trouble exerting herself, sensitive to dust), or having mild form of muscle dystrophy.Where was it stated that she's sensitive to dust? Regardless, there haven't been many attempts to figure out exactly what her condition could be, but muscular dystrophy seems pretty likely (I think, I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to this kind of thing). A few anons have hypothesised that it could be due to overuse, but I don't think that's the case.
>It also helps something ground the Pokémon world in a way that makes it relatable, but at the same time it doesn;t feel forced.Precisely. I have a friend who has a similar condition to her as well, so she's kind of relatable in that respect. Nemona may have a few health issues, but her smile is still as bright as ever, and she doesn't let them get in the way of her passion. Although she really should take it easy sometimes...
