Regardless, there haven't been many attempts to figure out exactly what her condition could be, but muscular dystrophy seems pretty likely (I think, I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to this kind of thing). A few anons have hypothesised that it could be due to overuse, but I don't think that's the case.
