Make it somehow resist more moves
Expand its movepool with at least a rock and a fighting move (brick break and stone edge come to mind)
Give it at least one more high-power stab move that's also got the bonus of being supereffective against multiple good types
Last, give it an evolution or held item that increases its stats, including a MASSIVE buff to attack
