So they fit in pretty well. If the Ralts Line Pokemon in question has also spent a lot of time around humans or been able to talk using telepathy or even just read minds, it's pretty likely that it knows how things work pretty well.
>What job would each member be best at?Depends on how much control they have of their psychic powers, but they could work as assistant librarians, carry things around, maids, baristas, dancers, actors, mind readers, translators... its a fairly powerful psychic type so it can do quite a bit IF it wanted to.
