Rare shiny Pokémon cards have a tendency of getting expensive over time (like Shining Charizard/Tyranitar and all the Shining Stars), unlike normal cards with shiny Pokémon in them (Water/Fairy Azumarrill, for example). I think that they're a good bet, but I don't know if they will be as expensive since there are so many of them.
