I didn't play d/p, I skipped right to platinum. So I don't really understand all the hate towards 4th gen. I've been playing pokemon on and off all my life and I can say platinum was and is still the objectively best pokemon game. Best music by far, best champion, best legendaries best antagonists, best rival, best region. The sinnoh region is a diverse and enthralling region that is further accentuated by the masterful soundtrack. The rival is one that isnt some cookie cutter one-dimensional retard, and the antagonist and champ also share this trait. The legends in this story are the architects of time and space itself, which is the grandest scale they could use as far as pokemon deities. And speaking of deities, sinnoh is home to the veritable God of pokemon. The cast of legendaries, even if you dislike one or three, are objectively the best and most influential in the pokemon world. Now I'm sick of explaining this shit to you underagefags, so someone screenshot this and post this in every sinnoh hate thread.
