Mt. Moon wasn't too bad. A lot of backtracking to the PC because I didn't want to waste Potions. This led to Threat, the newly acquired Magikarp from the Seller, to be easily switch-trained. Caught Geodude in Mt. Moon as well and chose the Dome Fossil.
Rival Binky scared me with a Level 18 Pidgeotto (don't remember it that being that high), but luckily Kiyoo leaned Rock Throw.
A Trainer had a scary Mankey on the Bridge, throwing out crits left and right. Tostahi put in the work. Then caught an Oddish and then Abra (thanks to Tostahi's Sleep Powder).
Now I'm working my way to Bill.
