It's one thing to speculate decidueye won't be in both games, but it's another level of idiocy to act like that somehow confirms the incineroar "leak". Personally I wouldn't want any Gen 7 starter in smash, but it's stupid to act like anyone knows what Sakurai's going to pull. When brawl came out, Lucario was a literally who tier, until he got successfully shilled by nintendo. If he ended up being a failed mascot like zoroark, I'm sure he would've been dropped out of sm4sh, just like mewtwo got cut from brawl.
