The vegetation is however quite lush, with many different kinds of mushroom and shining plants, all dead yet strangely alive with some kind of ghostly lifeforce.
Not a huge WoW fan but try to picture the Ghostlands from WoW.
Lanterns and will-o-wisps will light your path, as well as the occasional reflective river that you will cross by walking on wooden bridges and fallen trees. You may hear trees creaking and the wind blowing eerily through the hollow trunks.
You find the gym leader by listening to the music which becomes louder when you are on the right path
No I'm not being subtle at allGoing the wrong way and you will encounter grass-type or ghost-type trainers!

It could be a kid dressed with a creepy wooden mask and a cloak made of dead leaves who plays the trumpet to guide you through his gym if you listen closely.
