for its flaws i had fun playing gen 8. more than any recent pokemon game (gen 6/7) it really felt like the peak of what monster collection could be. Thanks to the wild area and exp share i had a rotating team of 12 pokemon that i enjoyed training through out the game. the rpg side of the game fell flat and felt arbitrary but hey at least the champion fight was fun. although it was disappointing for me this is mostly because of all the potential i see in it.
also gen 8 has some of the best pokemon designs we have had in multiple generations, pls give me some cramorant
