>>16532508Thanks. I'd say Phanphy and Donphan are different as they more curl up into a wheel shape rather than already being wheel shape to begin with (if that makes sense, no good with wording). I don't know. The flames are there for the "Burnin' rubber" aspect with an iconic flaming wheel thing going on to emphasize speed (pretty lame, I know) (signature move similar to flame wheel?). I dunno, I just wanted to try/see something that wasn't just "cheetah with flames and spikes put on for no other based reason." like I've seen time and time again.
