Put the Pokemon with Pokerus+Power Item into the Pokejob Seminars for the stat you want, go to a den and do the clock exploit, go back to the PC and the pokemon has max EVs in the stat you want. I have battle ready Pokemon 5 minutes after breeding, and you could do 10 at a time. Don't waste your time not doing it like this
