Or an Aura Guardian perform something like Force Palm, Vaccum Wave, Focus Blast, or Aura Sphere? Could a Swordsman perform the move Slash, Cut, or even Night Slash? If the answer is yes then I would say any human with that ability is capable of beating almost any pokemon with enough training due to type advantage and what not. Bonus points if they can learn multiple sets of things like a person with a high affinity for Aura abilities being able to also get Psychic stuff, which would push the threashold more into a unique/special human like that.
