I feel like anyone who has followed everything Game Freak and TPC for a while can guess most of this is what happens at the company given how often staff rotates and Game Freak is hiring (and that downer glassdoor-like review that said the company is soulless), just sprinkle it with what people want to hear to roleplay as an employee.
I don't find credible for an employee unless they are someone from maybe management or a very high position to know bits and pieces of every area, they also talks about OLM. It would be more believeable if they went on the specifics of an area and said stuff we didn't know, but all of the info like Incineroar proto name being Tiger3 is publicy available. Someone just wants 15 minutes of fame.
