Right now I'm going for the 5% Politoed, on Route 10 in Pokemon X. I've gotten 6 Shiny Poliwhirl, and a Shiny Whiscash so far.

It's objective. I like shinies that are super colorful, especially in comparison to the original. Politoed is a good example.
