They should be visiting you this Monday around 5pm, their names are Rebecca W. and Gavin T., she has red hair wears a pair of glasses, Gavin is bald and has a beard. If you suspect these are not them ask for Rebecca's favorite Pokemon that should be Marill. They will be visiting you at home and just talk to you on the first day, while also checking your living conditions. Please don't panic or resist them so they won't be forced to call the doctors on you, they want to help you.
