Mamoswine doesn't deserve to be the top of this tierlist when it could have been so much better.
The tusks are just too far away from its snout, it looses it's wooly pillow vibe, and it's got color-clashing blue ski goggles...
It's official design is fine I guess. Just why? Swinub and Piloswine both have better designs.

Based opinion.
Mamoswine is fine but I would have definitely preferred something similar to pic related. It brings back the original mountain aspect from the beta design, keeps the shaggy/pillow aspect of it's preevolutions, while also keeping vanilla Mamoswine's more badass and threatening persona.
