If a Pokemon integrates Human ideals and values they will more than likely gain some level of new flaws from their environment or re-contextualize prior knowledge from where ever they grew up into new things. Like say in the wild a Pokemon valued shiny materials because its pretty, so they took what they could whenever they found it. Following that they end up working to assimilate more into human society, but they still feel as if they have to get all the shiny stuff! So they start stealing from local shops, using thief to swipe stuff, pickpocketing rings or jewels, oh my! Then this may even evolve into stealing Pokemon from 10 year olds to get that stupid Pikachu!
I doubt anyone (Pokemon or Human) would ever be truly perfect or without flaw (Doesn't have to be as severe as above obviously).... they'd be kinda boring.
