She has a very cute voice in the dubbed version of the show though, but doesn't stand out in the sub. She also a little bit of an attitude. As for the personality part, she seems a little bit on the whiny side, but she cares about Gou.
I'd give her a 6 out of 10. Not my preference, maybe a little annoying, but you could do worse than Koharu.
