>Would hugging a Gardevoir hurt?Apparently it doesn't, as we've seen people hug them before. The horn itself doesn't seem to hurt if you touch or hug it. Maybe its mailable or soft?
>Is a romantic relationship (or just a friendship) with a Garde/Gallade feasible?Friendship? Yes, this is what trainers have with their Pokemon friends naturally. Romantic? Yeah, I think so. If these Pokemon can fall in love with a human and the human can fall in love with them, I don't see why not? There might be some issues with laws, but laws change and what society declares as "normal" changes as time goes on too.
