Nadia is Loko, Jean is Roy. She has a pendant that thieves want for some reason (Explorers). Captain Nemo is Cap/Friede, the submarine is he Brave Asagi. The story later reveals Nadia's hidden family ties, which many people are speculating Liko and Lucius are related. You can also sort of tie it to the main games with Arven, as his parental situation is odd.
