I think I'd be perfectly fine. I would be laid back, powerful, immortal, and quick to adapt to new surroundings, so avoiding capture wouldn't be too much of a problem if I was vigilant. Travel would be easy, allowing me to spend an eternity learning and experiencing new things around the globe. It sounds like an idyllic life.
