>>43309079This happens for me with Photonic Sun incidentally, though it never even occurred to me to try running it without the mod. Just did, and the same shit happens. The game slows down to 0% for about 5-6 seconds every time I enter a battle or open the Pokédex.
Both the game and the mod run fine on my actual 3DS, so it's probably a Citra thing. I'm using relatively weak hardware (FX-8350) but I doubt it matters this much, I can emulate a WiiU at 60FPS without issue.
