When you want to tell the viewer that Pacman is feminine, you ADD feminine features to it like lipstick or a bow or long hair to it. All you need to do default it back to make is just simply take those away. You dont add need to add anything blatantly masculine to it. It's far from the biggest stretch in the world to say that a male appearance is simply the lack of any discernable feminine features.
The way you have to cheat with all your Zangoose by adding tits or hips they dont have is also proof.
