>>42408316I'm taking each as they are. There's no way to determine what a Pokemon would be able to do in the human world, just like there's no way to tell what you'd be able to do in the anime world. If we bound it to real physics, a Gyarados would probably blow away and/or suffocate on land because it's incredibly light for its size and also supposed to be a fish. The way the OP question was posed would suggest using Pokemon at stated in-universe power levels ("in lore") versus whatever the capabilities (You) possess at any given moment.
Beyond that, though, there's only been one human in the anime to display feats of strength greater than his own Pokemon, and that was a combination of his 'mons being filler shitters who lost to a wild baby of their own species and the trainer himself being an absolute beast of a man. No human in the show has ever come close to the kinds of nonsense that led to Happiny picking up an entire frozen lake, or Pikachu nuking a shoal the size of a small mountain in one hit.
>>42408359That wasn't me, by the way. You're talking to two anons. And my argument to your point is that the point at which the (You) we're debating is capable of withstanding insane levels of firepower like an anime character is well beyond the point where we've stopped debating what (You) could possibly do and started arguing over what your self-insert OC Donut Steel can and can't do, which is an argument I'd rather not have because it's definitionally impossible to win.
