Desc:
Peace Proposal makes the damage that would be dealt by a physical or special attack instead heal the receiving Pokemon by that much equivalent HP. On top of having an 80% accuracy, its accuracy is cut in half each consecutive time it's used.
Side note: Pokemon with high stats, Legendary, and OU competitive status cannot learn Peace Proposal. Peace Proposal has priority over the move if it does physical or special damage. Status that damage over time, including Poison, Burn, and hurting yourself in confusion WILL do damage to the opponent instead of the user that turn only. The move order will go like this..."Faggot is confused, he hurt himself in confusion. Faggot used Peace Proposal. Faggot is waiting to delegate. Lucario used Mega Punch. Peace Proposal reversed the receiving damage. Lucario gained damage from both Mega Punch AND confusion." Smeargle can learn Peace Proposal via Sketch. Metronome can utilize Peace Proposal.
