The descriptions of Bill's canine behavior were neat, as usual. There were some nice bits of comedy here and there too. And even though you're not a therapist yourself, I can tell you researched the topic to write it more accurately, which is cool.
Your writing is pretty good for the most part, but there are points where grammar could be improved or topics could be conveyed more clearly, because there were a few parts where I found it hard to follow what the characters were saying. And the last scene was very detached from the rest of the chapter, so I wish it was integrated better. But I think you did a good job with this chapter overall.
