Use Swords Dance, then sweep with Snap Attack/Psychic Fangs/Earthquake. Tail Bond means big damage and Snap Attack helps make up for the somewhat low speed. You could also run a special set with Nasty Plot/Hyper Voice/Psychic/Thunderbolt.
