I just went through the mons that are officially categorized as yellow but I was missing a slot and I was also missing a flier but I randomly remembered shiny Latias is yellow so I thought why not.

Personality wise she's a fake ojou, desuwas and everything, but ultimately just a humble and level-headed ordinary girl. She just really likes the high class lady aesthetic. May be just a bit of chuuni but maybe also just out of unconscious desire to be something a little more special.
Cannot come up with a good name yet. Wanted something related to yellow to keep leaning on it but I also want it to be Japanese name since Johto.
