I spawned a blue flute because frankly I have no fucking clue where you'd find one in the entire game and I have a good memory for standalone items. It's movepool is pretty shit, it's a very support focused Pokemon and it's ability seems to combo incredibly well with Helping Hand stuff in doubles, but designing a Pokemon entirely based around doubles (a format that isn't fought in all too often throughout the game), giving a Pokemon shitty stats and making the method to attain it's evolution obscenely scarce, doesn't really make any sense.
