And yes, of course you can't say stuff like Aruseusu, but you can take a look at Aruseusu and come to the obvious conclusion that there isn't supposed to be a "k" sound in its name.

It may make sense to insert "ay" sounds where they don't belong to some old guy in New York who think actual people say "Dig it" nowadays, but considering the English names are used in huge parts of the world, it's ludicrous to expect people to take their speech impediments as gospel.
tl;dr: Saying Rayquayza is like pronouncing karaoke as "carrie-okie". It may be accepted in the US, but the rest of the world laughs at it for good reason.
