I used Swirly's Body Slam, but before we could hit the fucker used a FULL RESTORE. I didn't get the para afterwards either... I said fuck it and broke my own rule. Seeing as he used a Full Restore in battle I figured it was fair if I did as well. I restored Venusaur. By this point he had used all but one of his Hydro Pumps. If I could just waste that last one I could gain the upper hand. He used Hyper Beam on my switch to Venusaur.... I lived! I went for Leech Seed. It hit! I went for Toxic, now knowing this would be a sacrificial play, but it was my only hope. I hit Toxic as my starter fell to a Hyper Beam. I knew he had that last Hydro Pump and I knew that it would do enough to take out Omastar. My last hope was for a miss....
It was not to be. I tried. I really did guys, but unfortunately I failed the nuzlocke. It had its moments and it was fun overall, but I'd be lying to say this doesn't sting. I wanted to avenge them all so bad. I just couldn't do it. Damn.
With that I'm done with Green. I'm not retrying it after getting that far. However, since it was the first game in the Autismlocke, I will just move on and not consider Green as part of the Autismlocke. It doesn't seem that big of a deal seeing as most don't even play it anyway, so I'll just start fresh with Red and go from there.
...Tomorrow. I'd say I'm quite done with nuzlockes for now. After coming so close and losing it like that, I'm gonna need some time to decompress a bit. RIP frens, thanks for the feels. And thank you to everybody in the threads who's kept me motivated to play this janky, moonrune-ass, beta-version of a game. It was fun, but American Pogeymanz will be quite refreshing now. I guess that's the most positive I can be after some shit like that. Good luck everybody, and good night!
