Gens 1 and 2 are alright, but I much prefer their remakes FRLG and HGSS better and consider the originals to be a bit outdated. Same with gen 3, but ORAS isn't exactly big on me either
DPPt and HGSS I like a lot, too, and I used to take a lot of what they did for granted
I consider XY to be dull as hell even if I liked some things from it a bit. I actually liked a bunch of elements from SM but it has many mistakes I have a hard looking behind. Also, USUM should've been a DLC instead of being the same game again
Both Switch games are one giant middle finger, I am not touching them or any more mainline games with a 9 foot pole, and I have lost all hope that the Sinnoh remakes will do the originals justice.
