Steel-types aren't doing shit. The closest thing Mega Altaria has to a counter is Mega Venusaur and Mega Scizor. And even then, Venusaur needs to be at 80+ HP to take a +1 Return or EQ and Scizor has to watch his ass for Fire Blast. You can revenge-kill it, absolutely but even if all is right in the world, the mother fucker could just smell that Iron Tail for how boldly you brought the Pokemon in and just switch out.

There are 4 Mega Altaria:
>Special Attacker
>DD with Roost
>DD with Fire Blast
>Support with Cotton Guard and Heal Bell.
And the best part is that they are all entirely interchangeable.

You can't even CHECK all of those sets. You can say Heatran, but EQ says otherwise. At least one variant of Mega Altaria is going to fuck you sideways no matter what you do and the others may be manageable for your team, but manageable is just a funny way of saying "if he predicts this switch, I am fucked."

Bulky waters aren't doing shit. The closest thing Mega-Meta has to a counter is Bulky M-Scizor and M-Slowbro. And even then, Scizor needs to watch his ass for a meteor mash boost and Slowbro gets 2HKO'd by grass knot.
