Just because I made tweaks to your card doesn't mean I said it was utter shit. I've been playing ever since Base Set came out. But anyone can make a card if they have a basic understanding of the game.
I did take into consideration of the abilities and added a new clause to it. Your version of the ability is too complex. PCL doesn't even make abilities that complex.
