Normalize, rather than making all moves normal type per se, just makes it so that no weaknesses/resistances/immunities apply. So you could hit ghosts and steel types for neutral damage, for instance. The downside being that you also couldn't score any super effective hits either.
Pickup now works as an automatic thief (without damage, of course) if the user doesn't already have an item. It'd be put into effect at any point where the user doesn't have an item, rather than just when it gets sent out. So for instance, you could ChestoRest and then steal the other guy's item as soon as you wake up. Or as soon as somone used knock-off, you'd turn around and take their item.
Forecast now has a rock form as well and it'll cause castform to not only change typing but base stats as well. Tailor him in a way to make him the perfect killer of any of the weather inducers. He'd also be given a move that shuts down whatever weather condition is out and prevents new weather from being summoned for 5 turns.
the speed boost from unburden can now be baton passed
Unaware now works as an automatic haze, and the stat changes don't go back into effect once the unaware pokemon leaves.
