Also SS has Houndoom to accelerate 1 energy per Houndoom per turn, that could be very good with the SS energy as you could hit pretty big numbers like 350 per turn or 160 with the 3 energy attack without discarding with 3 SS Energies. Also single strike can return the energies from the discard pile unlike RS so that's something to consider too.
