Jasmine, Steven (probably shouldn´t even be considered one at this point), and maybe Poppy are the only steel specialists people care about. Colress was probably just a coincidence due to Unova´s regional dex, he really is just a technology-themed trainer, rather than a specialist most likely. Byron, Wikstrom, Molayne, and Rose are some of the least popular characters in the entire series, and while I think most people like Peony, he also isn´t very popular.
