The only part that isn't instantly done is generated a legit Pokemon ID or PID. PID is basically the main cheating protection and before the algorithim to generate a legit one was figured out, cheating was hard. The PID sets your Pokemon's stats, gender, nature, hidden power and shininess, but PokeGen has a handy tool where you can just enter the desired values and it generates a legit PID for you.
>>16633508Well I suppose that's true, but I never had to generate Pal Park Pokemon. I can't think of a time where I'd ever need to except for Kyogre or Groudon.
