He's talking purely in terms of weight to wingspan ratio, when I'm talking about the wing structure, skeletal placement, etc. Even if Hoothoot's wings were proportional to its bodyweight, it still wouldn't be able to fly if we were being "scientifically accurate" due to its heavily simplified wings. Same goes for Pelipper, who he DID mark as being able to fly in that end reel.
