December 1 the guesser of picrel posted the OP image—not liked or interacted with by khu at all
December 4 khu tweets that *someone*, a fan, has managed to guess everything correctly, further tweets that in fact he thinks the person must be an insider as well but doesn’t reveal who it is.
People ASSUME he was talking about the poster of picrel since December 4 is kinda close to December 1, then they assume the OP image must be true and the poster is another insider
