my main team so far has been dunsparce, granbull, politoed, magmar, bayleef, and a shiny flaaffy! i've also been using a corsola, a murkrow, and a scizor too along with about 15 kanto mons. probably gonna pick up an octillery, a gligar, a misdreavus, and a donphan too before i reach the league, and i'm gonna add a swalot and a mawile once i get to the post-game. i've just been messing around for almost 200 hours, still not out of stuff to do. astonishing how much mileage you can get out of older games just by using a team bigger than 6, it's been an excellent experience going back to johto as an adult.
