>>55935096I played this game when it was new. I snatched up a lot of rare usernames. Mostly 2 letter usernames like “HM” but also names like “Fisherman”. I logged in the other day and ran into someone else with a 2 letter username who asked me “Did you get your username during the purge as well?” I said “No, what purge?” And they told me in 2018 they deleted all inactive usernames so anyone could claim them again lol. After hearing about things like shinylocking, the game doesn’t feel as professionally ran as it should be. If I’m not battling I’m pretty much just standing outside of Erika’s gym next to the old man who’s always looking at the female trainers through the window and when players leave the gym I just say slightly questionable things like “A lot of talented female trainers here today.” Or like picrel, when I was standing in Viridian with unown ‘N’ and a player came up to me saying I was missing unown ‘I’, Little did he know I already had all 6 characters in my team, ready to be switched at any given moment all the way to unown ‘R’.
