It's kind of funny, despite the dexit cutting down on power creep a little bit, I'd still argue that Froslass was more viable in Gen VII than she is in Gen VIII. SM had more OU mons running around that were x4 weak to ice, so there was actually a slight reason to consider running Froslass over another support mon. Sure, not having to worry about megas and z crystals is nice, but she didn't really get anything worth talking about in the transition either. Maybe I'll use her again once we start to get Garchomp and the genie of healthy metas back in the dlc.
