No seriously every time the span between BW2 launch and XY's reveal is mentioned in an argument, the "technicality" only counts if its Japan. A launch is a fucking launch. Iwata himself even acknowledged in the bloody direct itself that they were announcing XY while the launch of BW2 is still fresh in everyone's minds. If gen 8 gets revealed next month 3 MONTHS after Let's Go, literally no one will be surprised because its completely normal to do so at this point.
