First off, what's up with that Flame Burst? Fiery Dance is stronger and has a 50% chance of raising SpAtk. 50%. It basically turns into Moxie with a 50% activation rate, cause if you play this thing right it will kill everything.
Second, U-Turn?
Get that shit out of here. You don't need to be fast with base 85 HP and 105 SpDef. Go bold and buff your physical defense, then buff your HP. You don't need to invest heavily into SpAtk, SpDef, or Speed as Quiver Dance will do that for you.
