>>56145511no? why would it if it's still dragon/flying? if the thought is that rayquaza δ would only have access to new moves introduced directly in a card and thus delta-fire ray would only be lobbing out vanilla moves like flamethrower (and also ignoring the obvious thing you can do like giving special versions of moves unique to specific monsters), they literally made four different rayquaza δs to choose from and a hypothetical game is unlikely to have any reason to utilize more than one.
