Here's what was promised for the "lucky winners." Keep in mind there was no opt-in for the raffle and most of these tickets exist on dead accounts. So unless they specifically filtered for "accounts that have logged in and fucking done something within the past 30 days" (which we all know they didn't) then it's extremely likely that IF these prizes were given out then they're all just sitting in accounts of people who quit playing half a year ago or longer. Especially when you take their player dropoff rates that they publicly reported into account.
