At a glance, it looks like I should clone any random pokemon from one spot to another, then edit the cloned pokemon (including its species, like changing a Rattata to a Mew if I don't already have the latter) to generate any pokemon. But I don't see options to edit their met location or met level to make them valid enough to trade online, so I assume I'm doing it wrong. Sorry for being an idiot
